Gen.Saleh   lobbies govt for Motorsport funding

The head of operation wealth creation in government Gen.Salim Saleh has urged government to invest more funds into the sports ministry specifically targeting the Motorsport industry because it is becoming a high profile sport in the country.

Gen.Saleh who doubles as president Museveni young brother made the remarks over the weekend at Kapeeka while officiating at the climax of the  federation of  Motorsport Uganda (FMU) organised MOSAC autocross Nakaseke  2019 rally.

“We are realising today that Motorsport has attracted a big crowd of fans but reports suggest government needs to invest more resources and I think its true we must do something to promote the sport “ observed Saleh.






He congratulated Rajiv for putting up such as a good show yet he is just a new driver saying he had become a new kid on the block who needs support of both the professionals and government.
