BULAMBULI COUNTY: 26 year old teacher joins Parliamentary race

A 26 year old Youth has declared intentions to contest for the position of Member of Parliament representing Bulambuli County in Bulambuli District in the 2021 general elections.

Isaac Wamono Ngotowa, a teacher by profession revealed to our Reporter in an exclusive interview of his intentions to mobilize support from Youth and elders to win the Legislative position which is currently occupied by the incumbent Alex Mungoma Musingo Burundo of the ruling party, National Resistance Movement.

Ngotowa says the time is now, for youth of his age at various levels to be entrusted in Leadership positions especially for the Member of Parliament to represent their constituents’ views in parliament.

Top of his manifesto is the issue of fostering unity among people in Masaaba land for a collective and inclusive development, Lobbying for better infrastructure, Lobbying for funding of the Farmers, Women, Elderly and Youths groups, and promoting girl child education.

According to Wamono Isaac Ngotowa, the good relationship he has with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will act as a bridge for the People of Bulambuli County to achieve their forgotten social services of development that have been lacking in the past and current leadership.

Other aspirants for NRM primaries in Bulambuli County include Katenya Isaac, Watasa Edwin, Madete Kenneth, Kikwe Allan, Tom Gashali Tom and incumbent Burundo Alex.
