COVID19′ ;The Ruparelia foundation set to donate to 5,000 Vulnerable persons

In the face of the escalating cases of the corona virus that has swept the world with storm, some charitable organizations are looking back at giving the needy people within communities some care packages and health messages encouraging them to stay safe and avoid crowds.
Among those is the Ruparelia foundation, a charity organization founded and Managed by Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia and Rajiv Ruparelia which is set to give 5,000 care packages of support to the less privileged persons across the country effective this weekend.
According to Mr. Rajiv Ruparelia who is the managing director of the Ruparelia Group said the gesture of giving the 5000 care package is part of their core principles of reaching out to the needy in such circumstances like it is under the outbreak of the Corona virus.
The 5,000 families to benefit from 5,000 care packages are to be drawn from across the country selected from the communities with guidance and support of the local council leaders of which packages shall include, sugar, soap and posho among other commodities.
“We thank the teams that are working tirelessly especially the health Minister Dr.Ruth Aceng, Permanent Secretary Diana Atwine, doctors and nurses and all the medical teams, police and security agencies for the good work” Rajiv said.
Ruparelia Foundation has always reached out to the less privileged members in society and just recently, the foundation donated and built toilets for schools in Kamwokya slums in the central division of Kampala.
