Private security firms donate Motor fuel  to Covid19

Members of the  Uganda Private  security  Association (UPSA) have joined others in donating towards the Covid19 national response fund as requested by the president.

TALKING COVID19 ISSUES; The Association boss Mr.Grace Matsiko announcing his donation in the OPM conference hall last week as a colleague listens in.

The Association chairman Grace Matsiko last week handed over a dummy cheque of 15M/= to purchase 4,200 litres of diesel fuel to facilitate movement of emergency medical teams during this Covid19 pandemic.

He told the minister of state in charge of general duties office of the prime minister Mary Karooro Okurut at the OPM offices that his Association was responding to the appeal sounded by president Yoweri Museveni calling upon all to support by donating items towards the fight of the Corona virus.

“We  are pleased to hand over our donation of 4,200 litres of diesel fuel worth 15M/= of which would ease the movement of emergency medical teams handling Covid19 pandemic “noted Matsiko.

In appreciation to the gesture, Okurut said the president strongly thanks all people and companies that are responding to his call  especially the Uganda private security Association and urged others yo emulate UPSA.
