NIC holdings donates 10m/= to Covid-19

The government has commended the National Insurance company holdings Ltd. for responding to the presidential appeal calling for support towards the fight against the corona virus pandemic.
The remarks were recently made by the political overseer of the national response fund to Covid19 Hon. Mary Karooro Okurut while receiving a dummy cheque worth 10M/= as contributions from NIC holdings fraternity towards the fund.
Okurut said the humble donation from NIC was timely and would be put to good use by converting it into materials beneficial to the corona virus affected persons in the country.
The NIC holdings managing director Mr.Bayo Foloyan said his group was concerned about the outbreak and decided to support the cause by way putting up 10M/= as their humble contributions into the fund.
Pamela Abonyo who heads the corporate communications department said National insurance company is the oldest in the country and most reliable, affordable and credible insurance company that secures and protects all the business interests of their clients at all times.
