Makoyi Polycarp wants Bubulo East Seat

Mr.Makoyi Fred Polycarp has told this website that he wants to represent the people of Bubulo East constituency come 2021 because he had identified amny leadership gaps that he needs to address for the good of his home area.
While picking his nomination papers in Kampala last week, Makoyi said he was determined to bring effective development in the district and he has already set up a 1bn/= multipurpose storied building in Lwanjusi area were several community based empowerment projects like poultry, piggery and skilling hundreds of young people in the constituency are concerned.

‘Am determined to ensure that my people of Bubulo East especially the youth do acquire practical skills that can help them move on to set up own projects to earn a permanent income as opposed to looking at government for white collar jobs which are not available’ noted Makoyi.
This project at Lwanjusi-Magodesi, he observed would target at skilling the thousands of young people in that area so that they can use the skills acquired to fight household poverty through offering them basic training skills in all sectors of businesses.
He pointed out that once elected into parliament he would ensure that the Bukhaweka-Magale road is fully constructed so that it can open up business opportunities to the people staying in that location
