By Kitts D.Mabonga
The electoral commission of the ruling NRM party has said the results for four remaining election units that are still being tallied would be declared latest Friday so that the voter tensions can be eased.
The remarks were yesterday made by the vice chairman party electoral commission Mr. John Kigyagi while addressing a news conference in Kampala who said results for Mbale city woman MP, Ntoroko county in Ntoroko district, Butembe county Jinja and Jinja city woman would be declared latest by Friday after technical issues have been sorted out.
Mr. Kigyagi said Mbale city woman results had been withheld after a bitter fight ensued last week when results for the direct constituency were being declared but urged the voters to remain calm.
