NRM’s Lumumba calls for peaceful campaigns

The secretary general of the NRM party Justine Kasule Lumumba has urged all the aspiring politicians across board to ensure that they hold peaceful campaigns free of violence because politics is a game that should not tire its participants to pieces.
Lumumba told the media at Kyadondo that they are concerned at the escalating violence among the presidential aspirants were some are reportedly not following the guidelines as laid down by the electoral commission.
She pointed that her party has launched the door to door campaigns in order to reach out to more new voters who would on January 14 2021 vote the NRM back for the sixth straight mandate.
Flanked by the party deputy treasurer, Ms. Jacqueline Kyatuhairwe,Lumumba urged all the people to rally behind candidate Yoweri Museveni and ensure that they vote for him because his party has the best manifesto that shall effectively transform the country for better results.
