All emerging signs are reportedly pointing to the direction were the former directors of the now defunct Crane Bank that was clandestinely taken over by the central Bank under doubles circumstances, may one of these days reclaim their Bank given the disturbing legal stress the central Bank is going through.
This stems from the last week judgment of the court that dismissed an appeal filed against Dr.Sudhir Ruparelia by the Bank of Uganda which has left the bank governor Prof. Emmanuel Tumusime Mutebile in shock and awe which action continues exposing the central Bank as either failure to assemble a strong and vibrant legal team to tame Dr.Sudhir with his imposing super muscle strongly determined to recover both his defunct Bank and hard dime from the central Bank.
What is emerging is that Sudhir has reportedly approached the Uganda registration services bureau with a view to reclaim his defunct Bank given that the final court has effectively thrown out that entire court case process.
Many analysts have warned that unless the Mutebile honestly accepted defeat from the Sudhir team, the tax payers money would continue to get wasted.
