President Yoweri Museveni is reportedly shocked that his state House staff failed to implement his directive of cashing Charles Moses Owachgiu after he manufactured a special robotic image of the president way back during the 2016 Presidential elections.
Trouble stemmed from the new vehicle that Charles a young 39 year old resident of Parambo town Nebbi district made depicting the President riding on a bicycle on one side while flashing his NRM party victory sign.
PRESIDENTIAL POSE;Charles is flanked by the fountain of honor President Museveni shortly after he launched the Robotic image of the president in 2016.
The NRM chief had reportedly offered his state house handlers to pay a certain amount of cash for the Robotic image of the president which he launched during his party delegates conference at Namboole in Wakiso district but nothing was done.
Now frustrated by this inaction, the wise Charles decided to innovate a new design of the robotic presidential which is powered both by electricity and mechanical and he was able to drive up to the NRM headquarters in Kampala after Museveni personally directed that a brand new double cabin pickup be procured for Charles to replace the ramshackle one so that he can mount the new designed vehicle on the brand new machine.
By press time yesterday, the nothing had been done and Cahrleswas still hanging arounf the presmises of Kyadondo apparently still waiting for the pledges from the president the deliver of a new vehicle as well as release over 500M/= for his proposal to set up a modern vehicle mechanical workshop in Nebbi.
Charles told this website on Sunday that he was asked by the president himself to write the proposal for the workshop way back in 2017 after the elections but nothing was forthcoming.
“Ive pitched camp here in Kampala since 3rd June this year waiting to see if my vehicle and project funds are finally released but am optimistic that the concerned officials would implement this timely project” noted Charles.
